Question:
Joining a Senior league 55 and older that is USBC sanctioned this fall. Is it legal or ok to use a ball that was drilled conventional and then filled, drilled and made fingertip ? Thanks.

Yes it is ok/legal you utilize a plugged bowling ball for your league.
Unless you are bowling PBA sanctioned events you should have nothing to worry about.
