Switch grips

Post by turbotwister »

Hi all. I’m thinking of converting over to switch grips in my equipment and am wondering if they have to plug the thumb holes first? I’m using slugs at the present time and thinking that the switch grips might be larger as to where they don’t have to plug first and just drill out.thanks

I know with Turbo Switchgrip uses 1-1/2" hole for the outer sleeve so no plugging is required.
You saw the other thread about longevity of them.

Maybe look into the Ultimate brand. Looks like they are also 1-1/2" pilot hole.
