Currently struggling with what I think is carry down in the 3rd game of league. A move left leaves weak 10 pins. Move right and ball down is a guess. Sometimes the ball hangs and other times it through the face. Maybe more of a wet/dry condition and the end of the pattern is burned. In any case, I have an undrilled Katana Dragon and am looking for a layout for it.
Usually use my Zing to start (70x4x25) at box finish and then move to my Conspiracy Pearl (45x4x30). Also have a Ludicrous with the same layout as the Conspiracy. Carry is tough the first 2-games unless I come up the back of the ball with relatively tight lines.
Speed at the monitors between 11 and 12
Rev Rate between 250 and 300
Rotation - 30-60 depending on release
Tilt - 20-30 depending on release
PAP - 5 3/16 over x 7/8 up

60-5.5-60 Pin in the Ring Finger
You need to get away from the 4" Pin to PAP drillings.

Re: Layout Advice
Thanks Eric. My tilt has been as low as 10 but working to increase that. Other suggested layouts? Why away from the 4" Pin to PAP?
Re: Layout Advice
That layout puts the pin in my middle finger…

Re: Layout Advice
You are correct. Pin in the Middle Finger
I apologize I was in a hurry with my response.
4" Pin to PAP is too much left to right better suited for your low tilt release.
With your Higher Tilt the longer Pin to PAP will help get your ball into the roll phase better.
