Gold Level/Top100 Coach Susie Minshew has two new books out on bowling.

The first is WHOEVER FINDS IT FIRST WINS. I have started to read it so I can not review it yet but it seems to be a 230 page COMPREHENSIVE guide on how to line up in leagues and tournaments. Norm Duke wrote the forward.

Order information- 800.346.3648 or http://www.WhoeverFindsItFirstWins.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Cost: $24.99 (plus s/h)

The second is BOWLING WHISPERER. It is a guide on how to become a "super coach" or at least "An Insider's Guide to Effective Coaching".

Order information- 800.346.3648 or http://www.BowlingWhisperer.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Cost: $24.99 (plus s/h)

Thanks for posting this Gary.
Susie has written articles appearing in BTM for years. I considered her articles part of the Golden Circle of BTM content. Susie has a wonderful combination of skills that make her a Magical Coach (term inspired by Dr Dean Hinitz from an article in the latest BTM.

As mentioned, Susie is a Gold level coach. Gary, it takes one to know one.
We have a few here on the forum be they in possession of that "piece of paper" or not.
Some like Mo have penned books, some should (Jim, Gary, others?); perhaps a video, perhaps a collaboration ...

Gold level means elite proficiency and expertise in many if not all facets of the sport.

I mentioned Dr Dean Hinitz, his article in this months BTM is a Golden Nugget.
Though I was never lucky enough to catch Susie at a USBC seminar, I did see and listen to Dr. Dean who enlightens and motivates with the best of them.

Cheers!

p.s. Don't forget to add your favorite Pro Shops and Coaches etc to the Forum MAP.
I don't think would hurt them and it might just help! Send them some new business, people to put "some" stock in reviews. Consider the fact that many of you are indeed bowling-wise as well as proficient and your opinion matters. This also goes for bowling centers that are difference makers, if you know one, get them on the map and add your comments.

p.p.s. Insofar as the Map is concerned, there is a comments field and if that field allows links, one could add a link to a forum topic that is a running commentary on the Map item (pros shop, coach, etc) Not a bad way to spend a few minutes and mouse clicks, eh?

Thanks for posting this.
The coaching book looks very interesting.
Sadly I'm not able to find it in ebook format, and I am not willing to pay more for the shipping then for the book itself.
So if anyone stumbles upon an ebook of this, please give me a hint.
