Guess you don’t use Facebook, is discussed 100 times a day on their page and the dry towel a 1000 times.

Original post had the announcement links from bowl.com and USBC (usbcongress) . . .
Whether it gets much conversation or not doesn't mean it's not in place. . .So your league needs to have your rules state no one under 18 years old is allowed to bowl if you don't want to have to do this.

The USBC announced it you just hear more talk about ball spec's and cleaners because that's where bowlers priorities lay, most probably never think about bowling being connected to child abuse in anyway.
