When I did my layouts study in 2013-2015, Pete only used 2 layouts regularly - pin just above ring finger and pin just below ring finger.

The other layout I saw was on an IQ Tour with the pin beside ring finger and a smaller drill angle (CG placement), and about a P3 balance hole.

The last time I talked to him in early 2017, it was still the same.

I remember this anecdote I read quite a while ago, might have been in the now defunct Bowling Digest. Pete went to "the truck" for a new ball, he was asked how he wanted it laid out, Pete smiled and replied, just put 3 holes in it, I'll make it work ...
May all beings everywhere be happy and free,
and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life
contribute in some way to that happiness
and to that freedom for all.

...and why do you want to know PDWs layouts (which no one has given yet)?

Layouts are dependent on your specs and PAP, if it’s for fan info I understand, hey I am the one who labeled him an over 50 rockstar, right up there with Keith Richards... but if you’re asking for yourself, better to get layouts based on your numbers which we would be more than glad to do here at BowlingChat...
