The web page this link bring you to has dozens of things on it, including local newspapers, but I could not find the IBPSIA fitting guide. I suggest you avoid it.

I went to the site (frank zhao has posted alot of interest stuff, i've been there before), The IBPSIA fitting guide is right at the top of the page. Looks like on page LM-4 the labels for reverse and lateral pitches are on the wrong pictures. Just FYI.

The lm-4 pages are all about ball motion.
