Creating the greatest asymmetry

When drilling an asymmetric ball (and given USBC's new rules doing away with balance holes), which will give the greatest intermediate differential:
1) Placing the PSA on the "double thumb" position.
2) Drilling the thumb hole directly through the PSA.

drilling the thumbole right into the PSA will create the most assymetry.

To add to it, drilling the thumb hole deeper will increase it more. This can't be done with ITs though.
