BowlingChat.net Polo Order - Deadline 10/31

Post by MegaMav » October 19th, 2016, 6:18 pm

I am sponsoring my bowling team with the BowlingChat.net name and putting in an order with Shirts4Bowling.com
It is the Port Authority SK528 Jacquard Polo again, see below for shirt details. I find they run true to slightly big.

Its held up so well for me and keeps me the perfect temperature for bowling.
After all the weeks and washes the threads on the embroidery are finally starting to fray.
The cost is approximately $35 shipped. 2XL ($2), 3XL ($5), 4XL ($8) are extra.
You can reserve yours now by posting, you will be expected to pay when the shirts come in, just like last time.
Please do not post your interest unless you plan on paying immediately. Last time, all shipped but 1 Medium.
I will accept PayPal, and check (on a limited basis please as there will be a delay in shipment).

I've been told we can mix and match colors this time.

I will do custom thread colors as well.

This is a very limited offer, last time I did this was 4 years ago, these shirts were a big hit with the members.
Its a perfect way to get the BowlingChat.net conversation started.

Hi Eric.
I'd like to put in a request for 2 shirts
One Blue, one Red.
Size Large.
I'm thinking gold lettering to contrast brightly and be readable.
Thanks.

P.S. Should there be any surplus, I may consider an additional one or two, depending on size and color.

It's too bad, there isn't a large lettering option for the back. Something that can be read from afar.

John, feel free to change anytime before I put in the order on the 31st.
I've gotten feedback from some of the larger size orders and they appreciate not being a walking billboard. Most of the flashy "jersey" styled polos really are out of place outside of the bowling center. Something subtle like this can be worn anytime.

Multiple shirts gets you a shipping discount.

Thank you for your support.

Hi Eric, I'm fine with the design.
You know me, I'm never reluctant to run things up the flagpole so to speak.
Roberto Clemente was a renown "bad ball hitter".
When asked why he did, he asked "how many balls that you don't swing at do you hit".

One of the greatest athletes I ever had the pleasure of watching play, was also a Hall of Fame Human Being. He died a young man while on a humanitarian mission.
I added that because many of our readers may not be familiar with his legacy.

I'd call him a role model.

State your shirt size, shirt color, thread color if you're interested.

Nobody else wants a polo to wear with BowlingChat.net on it?
I gotta say, im surprised with the lack of interest.
I did this a couple of times with a pretty big order each time.
John is the die hard, thanks for your unwavering support. You're always there!

Offer still stands, I make ZERO DOLLARS from this, and will do it as a service to the enthusiasts.
Cut off is Monday night, I will order Tuesday.
Let me know Size, Shirt Color and Thread Color for the BowlingChat.net name.

Eric, it is my small way of saying thank you and all of who add value to this Forum.
A small way to attract some attention to a source of education and help for bowlers.
The knowledge you have is infinitely more important than anything material.

I shall now carefully dismount my soapbox ...

Cheers!

Sorry but I don't like polyester. I like the feel of a ralph lauren polo Pima cotton soft touch. Polyester is a bit scratchy.
