 Post subject: Mass Bias (intermediate) differential VS RG differential

I've had customers who are curious about these technical terms but I guess the way I explain it doesn't make sense to them. Can someone provide a simple explanation of these two things that won't overwhelm the average customer who is just curious when they research ball stats?

I don't use those terms. People are not very scientifically eloquent sometimes. I prefer intermediate and total differential. That's what we teach in the class.
