Innovative Bowling Products will be launching our very own formula ball plug in two different styles. The first style will be a 100% urethane WHITE based formula that looks and feels just like a slug when you drill in to it. The plug sets up in about 10 minutes and is drillable in 30 minutes! You can plug any size hole in one pour without fear of cracking.

The second plug we are launching is also 100% urethane. This plug dries CRYSTAL CLEAR and sets up in about 15 minutes and is drillable in 30-40 minutes! You can plug any size hole in one pour and it will not crack!

Both styles are 1:1 mixtures and will be available in individual quart sizes so you can order in 1/2, 1, 1-1/2 or 2 gallon kits or more depending on your volume needs. Both styles are VOC compliant so they can ship anywhere in the world without any hazardous shipping restrictions. Both styles are not nearly as ambient temperature or moisture sensitive as what our industry is used to.

I have been working on these formulas for the last 3+ years to get them just right. I do not see anything currently on the market that comes anywhere close to what we have and the results of our field testing in real pro shop situations has been phenomenal and backs that claim.

I'm guessing this isn't available yet? I don't see any announcements on the innovative website about when it might be available.

I will need to buy some plug and a plug cutter but I want to wait until the innovative plug is available.

Well guys I have not been able to crack the code for this stuff as of yet. I have been working on this project for a couple of years and thought I had it figured out. I was wrong. I made a clear version and a white version both made from urethane. The white works great except there was an issue with tape sticking to it. The clear version works great except it will not adhere to plastic bowling balls.

I've said this before and I will say it again...My company reputation is worth more to me than money. Innovative has a world wide reputation for the highest quality pro shop tools. I am not willing to introduce a product that does not meet my expectations. I constantly strive for perfection and this product is not perfect.
