The web page this link bring you to has dozens of things on it, including local newspapers, but I could not find the IBPSIA fitting guide. I suggest you avoid it.

I went to the site (frank zhao has posted alot of interest stuff, i've been there before), The IBPSIA fitting guide is right at the top of the page. It's 182 pages long just click on the left/tight arrows to flip through the pages.

should look like this
Bowling_Ball_Fitting_and_Drilling_All_in_One_by_frank_zhao_-_issuu_-_2018-12-17_15.39.35.jpg
If you want download it copy the above link and go here:
http://issuu.pdf-downloader.com/

paste the link in and hit download. It makes a 35mb PDF file of it.

Looks like on page LM-4 the labels for reverse and lateral pitches are on the wrong pictures. Just FYI.

What page are you looking at?

The lm-4 pages are all about ball motion.

Looks like you meant page LM1-4

And yes it looks like they are on the wrong pictures.
