I recently lengthened my span due to it being to short about 1/8th, I knew it was short but it felt comfortable. As of late i felt added grip pressure so I changed a few things.
Old Full span
Thumb to middle 4 9/16
Thumb to Ring 4 11/16
MF Pitches 3/16 away 1/2 right
RF pitches 3/16 Away 1/4 Left
Thumb 1/8 Left 1/4 Rev
New Full span
THumb to middle 4 11/16
Thumb to ring 4 13/16
MF 5/8 away 7/16 Left
RF 1/2 Away 5/16 Right
THumb 1/8 Rev 1/8 Left
New span feels great but i would like to decrease tilt its 20 deg and add some rotation.
EDIT, also I can notice the grip in the middle finger as more wear on it then the ring. New grips.

Re: What to change to Decrease tilt
Reduce the drilling angle on your layouts.
Choose strong covers and fast asymm weight blocks.
Moving the ring finger linear pitch more forward (toward the palm) should promote lower tilt.
