Removing the Vise IT system
Hi all. Just picked up a few used bowling balls. All have the Vise IT thmb. I'm going to be drilling these balls for some friends who don't use IT. How do I drill the system out so I can plug it? With the pieces in the bottom, it seems complicated.
Re: Removing the Vise IT system
Just drill in the middle of the piece in the bottom and it will come right out. Think I have used a 1/2" drill bit in the past.

Re: Removing the Vise IT system
you need to insert a slug and measure the pitches.
Use 3/4" bit 4" deep to drill out the ball-it and plastic molly.
