I have probably a stulpid cuestion, but how the pro shop drill your bowling ball without any information about you ???
Best case scenario the PSO has them go out on the lanes and throw a few ball to gather the info.poloidrogo wrote:I have probably a stulpid cuestion, but how the pro shop drill your bowling ball without any information about you ???

Get the PAP from that ball (assuming it is stable and repeatable) and use it to drill subsequent reactive resin balls.
Well if someone has got many balls from the same shop, they may have the info on file for that person. So unless the customer says somethings changed or they want to update something, they might not regather the info.poloidrogo wrote:
Well I understand that the question is if you are not a new bowler and you have many drilled bowling balls for the same pro shop how come they don't care about getting your information.
The pro shop operator is non professional- simple as that.poloidrogo wrote:you have many drilled bowling balls for the same pro shop how come they don't care about getting your information
Aside from being the right thing to do, caring about your customers is smart business.guruU2 wrote:
