OVAL THUMB DRILLING

i NEED HELP WITH OVAL DEGREE ANGLE DRILLING. WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I MEASURE THE OVAL DEGREE ANGLE ON THE BOWLERS THUMB, HOW DO I ARRIVE AT THE NUMBER NEEDED TO MAKE THE CUTS ON THE BALL. I THANK YPOU INADVANCE
