1500 grit polished

Post by drstriker15 »

I just got a Crossroad, Fire Road and a IQ Tour.. Having difficulties on deciding what surfaces to use on the Crossroad and Fire Road.. With both balls being 1500 grit polished OOB, I know its hard to re-create that surface by hand but does anybody know how to come somewhat close.. Would 2000 abralon with a light polish be similar??

Strom recommends for 1500 Polished
1)500-grit Abralon 30 sec. 4 sides firm pressure
2)1000-grit Abralon 20 sec. 4 sides light pressure
3)2000-grit Abralon 20 sec. 4 sides light pressure
4)4000-grit Abralon 20 sec. 4 sides light pressure
5)Strom step 2-polish lightly 15 seconds each side

This is on this site somewhere. Maybe in the wiki.
