Going into the season this is what i've got.

Hammer Jigsaw
Storm Virtual Energy
Storm Rapid Fire Pearl
Storm Tropical
Lane 1 Liberator

Going into the summer it was
Storm Dimension
Storm Hy-Road
Storm Rapid Fire Pearl
Roto Grip Mars
Storm Tropical
Lane 1 Liberator

I traded out somethings do to acquiring some new equipment and because I had infrequent success with some of the equipment in my lineup previously. I'll add layouts and surfaces a bit later, but I really like what I have now.

After my house upping the oil in the middle and adding some length to the shot, i can actually throw some fairly aggressive stuff (weak drilled strong stuff lol)

Right now i take 5 to my thursday night league and will prolly be the same 5 i take to my friday night league when it starts up in mid September

Those 5 are:

Hammer Jigsaw(OOB finish):
Gives me the same length as the Rogue but more on the back end

Roto Grip Rogue Cell(OOB finish):
Same as before, great ball when the break point starts to open up

Global 900 Lunatic(OOB finish):
Great benchmark ball for this season

Roto Grip Neptune(hand dulled with a SOS pad):
Nothing different, works the try lanes great and still hits very hard

Spare Ball (currently hammer clear widow but have a few to switch around)

i havent gotten rid of anything but for the shot there laying down, each ball is a nice step down from the other and i feel comfortable moving left with ether one.

I am going simple this year, I bowl a second shift league after 5 man teams. I am going with a 900 Global creature, a Storm Tour Power, and 900 Global Black Break. No Spare ball.

We will see how it goes.

I actually ended up pulling out my Noize last night after league was over and was crushing them. I have it at 4k and was giving me a similair motion to my Cell Pearl just not covering as many boards.

So far, due to the ankle injury this summer, I'm only in one league on Fridays and i have a sub for the first 3-4 weeks.

The stock shot is a wet dry, mostly medium oil. Around 7 and outside is fairly dry, so most balls not thrown fairly hard grab quickly. So, in general, Unless you throw it very firmly or have lots of revs, control balls are the order of the day.

I have a Creature solid which works pretty well and just drilled a Avalanche Pearl (the new PK 18 pearl green/black one). This Avalanche has a bit of a control drill on it 60 degreex5"x45 degree (5"x4"). It is sort of even reacting but has a decent backend.

I also tried a Lanemasters Counter Strike today for the first time at this place. I had taken the cover to P3000 and added some Valentino's UFO as a polish. Still hooked more than the other two. I stood about 5 boards deeper. Nice.

When things get dry there, by the middle/end of the 3rd game and for the 4th game, I switch to a Blue/Green Centaur, as per usual.

I've tried an SX-1 and a New Standard there, but they cover too many boards right now. In practice I'm still not up to my old ball speed.

Before the injury I bought a 900G Breakpoint but I'm not in any place that has enough oil to even try it for the first game, without a strong dose of polish. So it sits at home.

So right my "arsenal" sits at
- Counter Strike
- Creature Solid
- Avalanche Pearl
- Blue-Green Centaur
Right handed
Speed: 13.5 -14.5 at pin deck
Rev Rate: 275 - 350
Axis rotation: 45*
Axis tilt: 17*
PAP: 5" x 0"

I'm trading for a newer Black Widow Solid tonight.. it has roughly 30-40 games on it, 50 MAX. I will be picking up a Rogue Cell around Christmas time, and possibly trade for The One.

I think i'm gonna hold off on the Jigsaw as my No Mercy has been money for me recently.

Threw 5 games today without the neoprene brace/bandage.DIdn't feel the need for it even after I finished. Ankle ached a bit but not surprising.

Tried a new ball today: Terminator Rebellion surfaced to 2000 grit Abralon. Still got good length with average backend. Handled the fresh oil well considering how far from normal I still feel. No overreaction - not that sort of ball. Pins couldn't wait to fall - LUV that new ball hitting power. :D

Have to compare it to the Counter Strike. Both seem good for those first three games here. Always have to change balls by the 4th game, sometimes before end of 3rd game.

Also tried an old Dyno-Thane High Energy, a Soaker. Since I just changed the surface to P3000 grit, it could be a few games before it hits its stride. It has potential though.

Tried a light polish on my Ultra Zone. Due to its super Low RG, it sometimes needs some help to insure it clears the heads. This polish may have been a little too much for this house's wet/dry. Somewhere around 45-48 feet it want to makes left turn, depending on how hard you hit it. I think it needs to be moved towards a Rough Buff or P4000 grit finish

So now So right my "arsenal" sits at
- Counter Strike/Terminator Rebellion
- Creature Solid/Avalanche Pearl
- Blue-Green Centaur

The Avalanche actually hooks a little more than the Creature and seems more responsive to hand/release changes. Sweet!

My sub had to cancel October 2nd. So now I have a deadline where I have to bowl. I feel I should be ready.

I switched to all Ebonite this season after years of using mostly Visionary, LM/L and AMF.

I am in 3 different leagues in 2 different houses.

Monday 4 man- Medium oil, OB outside of 5. My setup is:

One drilled pin over ring, mb at 60* about a 5x4 drill for me.
One Pearl, same pin position, mb at 75*
Magic Touch same drill as the One Pearl
Smash pin under ring finger stacked.

Thursday PBAX Singles

Will use the above and a LaneBreaker drilled same as the Smash. I also have a Striking Motion that I am drilling 4.5 away from my PAP and under the ring with the mb at 60*.

Sunday Trio league in a differnet house. Medium light at best.

LaneBreaker drilled pin under the ring stacked.
Smash drilled the same, shorter pin.

Going to decide between a Boom or another LB with a weaker and pin up drilling.
