Technical Help Please

Post by BS1 » December 1st, 2010, 4:57 pm

For a while I had a pro shop operator I really trusted, he knew my game and would suggest equipment and drilling layouts he thought would work well with my style. Well I do not have that trusted advisor anymore so I need some basic help understanding the technical side of different drill layouts.

Now after some general discussions with different pro shop operator I have heard things on layouts like; 5 x 3, 70 x 5 x 30 or 5" pin with a 65* MB. What is this telling me? Is it saying the same things in just different ways?

What about RG, Differential & MB Differential effect the ball?

Asymmetric or Symmetric???

Please someone explain to me these technical term? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
