Columbia 300 Cuda/C

Post by seventen7ten »

I recently found a Single-Drill Cuda/C (pink pin and lettering) in great condition at the local Goodwill Store. Brought back memories of the first 300 game I rolled with one about 20 years ago. Do any of you still bowl with this ball on a THS? Would anyone suggest re-drilling for use on today's conditions? Or is this just a waste of my time and money?

Walter Ray has a Black Diamond as a spare ball, probably what you could use it for.

i just recently got an old piranha/c pearl and use it as a dry lane ball. or a spare ball if there is too much oil.
If I had 6 hours to chop down a tree I would spend the first 4 sharpening the axe.

I had a Black Diamond too back in the day. As I recall, there used to be a dramatic difference in ball reaction between the Cuda/C and the BD. I have a Brunswick Axis that I use for spares. But thanks for the info on Walter Ray.
