I am trying to understand the PAP and PIN relationship on a NEW bowling ball. If i know my PAP, PIN, and VAL and have it layed out on my bowling ball and I have my bowling layout example 65 x 5 x 35, where on the bowling ball are the fingers drilled?

Once you've mapped out the layout on the ball, you locate your grip by reversing your P.A.P. measurements back from the P.A.P. to the grip center.

Then you use your grip spec's to locate where the holes are.

Here's the Pro-Sect User Guide which shows how to do it.
(The Dual Angle guide omits the little part about how to layout your span for the holes location once the centerline is drawn)
