When we say a ball flare a lot, does it mean comparatively that

1. the distance between tracks are wider
2. the PAP migration path is longer
3. the ball covers more boards
4. the ball rolls up sooner

3. the ball covers more boardsNot necessarily, but has the potential to hook more. More flare exposes the ball to more friction
4. the ball rolls up sooner Yes
