Is ball speed affected by Axis tilt and Axis rotation?

I'm just curious, is there a new established study about this? please share the info.

NO DIRECT RELATIONSHIP! The higher the ball speed, the longer it takes to lose whatever axis rotation and axis tilt that does exist.
