Here are the videos requested in my free swing topic. I only have one from each angle as these are 2-3 weeks old.

Re: RE: Free Swing Videos
In all three of those videos, I noticed a nice, relaxed swing. Is there a reason you can't repeat that?
Is your pre-shot routine different when practicing vs. league. If so, keep with what you are doing while practicing. Keep the same mind set. Don't pressure yourself into thinking while on the approach.

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE FREEDOM OF YOUR ARMSWING IN THESE VIDEOS! Most bowlers should be this good. Unless you throw it totally different in competition, this is excellent. I do have two suggestions, though.
1) Move your head slightly right and the ball slightly left in your stance so the ball is under your chin in the stance and during the entire delivery. You can see it in the front view.
2) Uncup your wrist slightly in your swing. Keep the weight of the ball on your fingers in the swing. Overcupping the wrist could lead to tension during competition.
These are samll adjustments. GOOD GAME!
