Thumb exiting the ball correctly...

Post by strike654 »

I have a question about something I have been battling for a long time. I am a squeezer, and I have had many ball drillers try different drillings... I still do not feel secure in the ball and feel the need to squeeze. What I have done in the past is add tape until it is tight and I feel secure. The byproduct of this is my thumb swells on both sides and eventually creates a blister. Any suggestions?

See a qualified ball driller. Where are you located?
