All of the videos (except for the lane level one) are ½x normal speed. I can post the full-speed videos if someone needs them.

I recommend reducing your upper body movement A LOT. Also, get lower as you approach the line to increase your "flat spot".
Basically, too many moving parts and you are too high as you approach the line.
Also, pick up your tempo. It will be easier to repeat shots.
