I did not see anything that was flawed enough to warrant concern. I would suggest more of a knee bend on the sliding leg. This should give you a little more leverage in the release.

1) Too tall at the line. More knee bend to produce a good flat spot.
2) Too much grip pressure. Your grip needs work.
