Hitting Up

Post by Linknblue »

What are some good drills/techniques to use to stop hitting up on the ball? I've got one league where the lanes are dry with no hold from the git/go. In my effort to get the balls down the lane with extension it causes me to hit up on the ball.

I'm 30 pins lower in this league and it's not a sport shot. I've tried every ball in my arsenal of equipment (16 balls) and so far nothing consistent.
