Hello all, I have been bowling for about 3 years. Right now, I'm struggling to reduce my grip pressure on the ball. I'm very inconsistent: some days, the ball will come smoothly off my hand and other days, the ball goes flying up in the air. Not sure what I can do except practice no step/one step drills and roll the ball smoothly on the lane. Any advice?

Have an IBPSIA certified PSO check your grip, might be a fitting and/or tape isseue.
