Shoulder over rotating?

Post by stcry32 »

I am having a problem with my off ball shoulder over rotating by a good bit. What would be the easiest way to try and fix this problem.

Video required for correct analysis......otherwise it's just a guess!

I assume you are talking about your shoulders at the finish.

If your non-bowling shoulder is over-rotating, what is your bowling shoulder doing?

Are shoulders do not work independently of each other, they tend to rotate about our spine.

It's been 5 years since you posted a video. and that video was not very good.

The video needs to show your address position through the finish position,(1) side & (1) back view.
