Best drills for accuracy

Post by kellytehuna »

Lately I've had real problems hitting my target. Some times I get away with it because I bowl on the Great Wall of China, but I plan on bowling on a sport shot, or at least lay down a sport type shot at our center, where accuracy will be rewarded.

What would be the best drills for accuracy? I've taped the lanes a few times and given myself a 3 board target between the tape. Should I tighten the target to half a board either side of my target? I've heard of taping the exit point, as well as the break point. Is this recommended and worthwhile.

Any thoughts or suggestions will be happily received.
