May all beings everywhere be happy and free,
and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life
contribute in some way to that happiness
and to that freedom for all.

Let’s begin with your first step.

That step needs to go directly in front of your left foot, as when walking on a balance beam (see attachment below).

Also, when the first step moves forward, the ball should begin to move away from your body.

Hard to see from the back, but it appears that your ball doesn’t move with your first step.

At the completion of your second step in B3, the ball is still in front of the body and as you can see will not clear the right hip. The swing is forced to move around the body going back.

At the completion of your third step in B4 your back swing should be completed. Yours is not as you can see in B5 the swing is still moving upward as you begin your slide.

In B7 your arm is too far away from your body.

My suggestions:
1) Work on moving your first step directly in front of the left foot.
2) Push the ball away with the movement of the first step.

Fixing these two items will correct some of the other items mentioned above.

Have patience, practice hard and best of luck.
