Bowlegs

My female teammate has bowlegs. As a result, she swings around her body. More spine tilt will give her hard time to balance at the foul line. Thanks for any advice

It would be helpful to see videos as per instructions on the wiki.

Also note, the opposite arm aids as a counterweight.
Also, sometimes a wrist weight on the opposite arm might be helpful.
