Hi and welcome to the site.

Side view
1) Everything looks pretty good.
2) Does appear that you may be using too much muscle in the back swing, as the top of the swing appears a little too high. (see slide 4)
3 Great knee continuation at the finish in slide 8.

Back view
1) In slide 2, I recommend that the ball position be further left at this point. Keeping it more in front of the body should also help keep it more in line with your head at the top.
2) As for the ball being too far from the ankle at release, looks great in slide B5.
#) What I don't like is how the head and upper body start pulling left in B6 and continue moving left as seen in B7.

My suggestions:
1) Practice keeping ball placement more in front of the head, rather then out to the right as seen in
B2.

2) Work on maintaining your lateral spine tilt and head position seen in B5 through release and follow through.
