Happy New Year, long time since last post, hope all is well.

You’ve done a pretty good job at developing the real you (no Jorel) in your physical game.

From the top of your backswing into the release area the right arm seems to slow down.

Partly caused by the fact that you keep too much weight back on the right foot during this phase of the approach.

The weight stays back on the right foot as the left foot slides forward. Need to transfer more weight to the left foot sooner, would like to see that left leg closer to perpendicular to the floor rather than leaning back in S2.

From the back view the ball is outside your head in B1, but you do a great job of routing it to the inside coming down.

Your fingers are positioned behind the ball as need be in B3.

As for the popping up.......there is no rule that says the follow through must point to the ceiling.
Shorten the follow through and the popping up could disappear.
