Post by spr3wr »

I coach a lot of High School girls and a few ladies who wears some form of wrist device. When doing the grip test, is the brace supposes to on?

The test could not be performed with a wrist device on, because the wrist will be moved . For example: Begin the test: "Once the bowler thinks it fits well, the bowler should insert their fingers and thumb in the ball as per norm.
Next, the bowler should hold the ball down by their bowling side in a * collapsed wrist position.
The assistant should ask the bowler to open their hand up (relax)and the bowler should confirm that their hand is open."

Interesting discussion at

In his DVD ,
Duke has a simple grip test, where you hold your hand down on the side in relaxed fashion.
He says a slight movement of the index finger should make the ball slip off.

Another good commentary at

Please comment on this one, good, bad, ugly?

May all beings everywhere be happy and free,
and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life
contribute in some way to that happiness
and to that freedom for all.
