He's an outstanding bowler, who last I looked was one of the top ranked regional bowlers in the Northeast. (currently leading the Northeast in points)
I don't know if it's a record for 4 games, but there can't be many people higher!

No, it's not a record for 4 games, the record for four games is 1,198 by Tom Jordan on games of 300-299-300-299 sometime in the 1980's, I believe 1989.
