Delay of Game

Re: Delay of Game
According to the USBC, you'd have to get a league president/vice-pres/treasurer/secretary to go out to the entrance or whatever door (that's another problem: finding the bowler) and then warn them. Only then, could their game be forfeit.
Of course, what does that actually mean to team bowling?
Is the whole team's game forfeit? This is important when there's only team points.
What if there's individual points? Do they get zero for the game?
What does an individuals' forfeit actually mean?
Back to the warning:
Since the league officials are usually bowling themselves, are you going to interrupt them to get the offender?
Probably not, since the official is probably going to tell you to get lost.
And around and around we go, getting nowhere, THANKS to the STUPID rules of the USBC.
In fact, I don't see how the USBC rule intersects with the rules to give the offender and zero frame for "temporary" delay of game. I cna see how it can be interpreted that way but I don't seehow the spirit of the local rule truly undermines the spirit of the USBC "stupid" rule.
