Re: Applying the Dual Angle System & Sweet Spot - Reference
I've updated the Wiki and PDF file with (hopefully!) more accurate information based on our conversations in other threads, as well as added 6 more sample bowlers.
Please let me know if anything doesn't look right.

I notice you included the guy I just posted. Does that mean you agree with my assessment?

Re: Applying the Dual Angle System & Sweet Spot - Reference
I think most the layouts look about right, the only layouts that I thought might be a little off are the dry lane layouts where I was thinking a slightly higher drilling angle and lower VAL angle than you suggested...maybe? His specs are also close to one of the other bowlers who has already gotten approved layouts (which were in the ballpark of yours), so with that I decided to include it. Plus I just liked how you split things up by lane condition.
If some one else (Mo) feels there should be adjustments made to the layouts I can always tweak the info at that time. I am trying to keep up with things like that as best I can.

I think you did a great job. your sweet-spot assessment was 105 +/- 20. Your dry equaled 125* and your oil equaled 85*. It looks to me that if that is consistent, you should be right on the money.cgeorg wrote:I notice you included the guy I just posted. Does that mean you agree with my assessment?
