May all beings everywhere be happy and free,
and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life
contribute in some way to that happiness
and to that freedom for all.

I found the show interesting and enlightening.
Bill Hall discussed Earl with Lenny.
As many know, Bill is a very well respected coach.
Part of the show dealt with things Earl taught Bill about analyzing a players game.
Some interesting things, and techniques. Earl did not hand him things on a platter, he would hint and make Bill think and put things in Bill's own words, that made things sink in and be more understood than just reading text!

Some of you may know that Earl's first sport was baseball. He was a pitcher. I believe Earl user some of his knowledge about pitching to become a very versatile bowler.
Remember, this was before the myriad of ball options

"Earl Anthony is considered by many as the greatest bowler ever. Before his illustrious bowling career, he was offered a $35,000 signing bonus by the Baltimore Orioles to pitch, but the deal was negated when he tore his rotator cuff."

I had read Earl's book. In the book he recounts how he became involved in the game, his early travails and his tremendous work ethic.

This will be a three part show.
I hope you will listen, enjoy and perhaps learn. Moreover, get a glimpse of how to learn how to learn.
May all beings everywhere be happy and free,
and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life
contribute in some way to that happiness
and to that freedom for all.
