Foot work practice at home on carpeted surfaces

Post by kajmk »

Clever use of a piece of paper.

May all beings everywhere be happy and free,
and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life
contribute in some way to that happiness
and to that freedom for all.

It's interesting what Shannon does in her power step as generally it is a quick transfer of weight here to keep your momentum going into the slide. Those with late timing like Shannon tend to slow down before the slide to wait for the ball, but she is using her lower body/ legs really well to stay low and balanced.
