Bowling withdrawal or an opportunity to improve?

Bowling withdrawal or an opportunity to improve?
May all beings everywhere be happy and free,
and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life
contribute in some way to that happiness
and to that freedom for all.

I see it as opportunity to recover. My left knee has been hurting a little on and off and this off time is good for it I think. It is a good time to watch videos and learn things though. hard to keep fit when the gyms are closed.

Brother krava, I'm sure it you want to get something done, you will find a way.
When I was in my teens I was about 245 an 5'8"" . At 16 I decided to change.
I cut food portions. My mother had a set of medical encyclopedias. I found body weight and isometric exercises. There is a lot you can do without equipment or using objects that are available. At 17, I had lost over 100 pounds. When Uncle Sam called me into service , I was 165.
I know a marine who lost a half a leg from a combat wound in Vietnam.
Early on he was deeply depressed. As days passed, he realized that compared to many of the other wounded guys around him, he was quite better off.
He coped.
He is around my age, about 3 times stronger than I am, looks great!
Where there is a will, there is a way.
By all means rest the injuries, plan a progressive rehab, start slow, build up.
Rome was not built in a day.
I don't know your age, but you appear to be a young man. There is much you can still do!
Take care!
