I'm nervous about putting my 3 ball tote on an airplane, heading over to bowl in China this summer for a tournament. Has anybody put say, a 2 ball tote in a regular suitcase, and had any issues? Just trying to keep my equipment safe, and avoid any hassles. Thanks

You can lay towels across the top of the balls and on the sides for extra protection, but beside from the tote bag itself getting a bit knocked around, I've never had any issues.

New Zealanders fly to Australia or the USA regularly without many hassles
with their bowling equipment.
Just make sure your under the required weight, tough to do with bags/balls.
Check your baggage on collection for damage, as they are heavy, the handlers sometimes just heave them resulting in the wheels/handles suffer damage.
