surface choices
bowling on a house shot, what are your preferences on bowling the down and in, inside line or outside lines? when do you use a sanded or polished coverstock? some say to use polished for inside and sanded for outside and down and in ( using 10 board down and in ,left of 10 for inside and right of 10 for outside ).what do you use and when?

Re: surface choices
honestly, it depends on the house.
The main house we bowl on now (independent, they really like us league bowlers) - it's much drier so I play two different lines - one deeper with a less polished ball, one down the line with a much more polished ball. (just depends on how I'm feeling or who I'm bowling against)
The other house we bowl at (used to be Brunswick, now it's going to pot) - it's MUCH wetter so I bowl down and in with much more surface.
Has to be depending on what your lanes ask.
