Whether you have 1 bowling ball or more.
Although using dumbbells or kettle bell weights (my preference), these 2 exercises can be done using bowling balls and ball totes or towels.
1) The Farmers Carry
2) Brief Case Carry (using 1 weight) body must stabilize, works the opposite side core a different way. A Marine buddy of mine showed me this.
This exercise works the kinetic chain in upper and lower body as well as balance.

Give it a go.
Look up this trainers background, he has the degrees and professional experience and proven track record. Many FREE videos on YouTube by Jeff C.
Never too late to start. I see a few 70 and 80 + men and women at the gym who's bodies
belie their chronological age.
YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO START!!!
I tell folks that when I'm laid in that box, I want people to say, "did not look too bad ... for an old guy ..."

Just ask Ron Mohr, soon to be 62!
"While working as an air traffic controller, Mohr began a fitness regimen to keep in shape. He started keeping track of his workouts in 1999, and since then he has logged some impressive numbers — 2.08 million situps and 1.02 million pushups. He does pushups every day, situps Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays and runs on a treadmill for 45 minutes the other four days of the week."

An air traffic controller has to be calm under stress. His physical regimen coupled as relaxation I bet. His demeanor no doubt, helped with the mental discipline.
I'm not remotely close to his level and like many things I started late in life.
Personally, it's the mental discipline and commitment that are the tough part, especially aerobic activities like running.
It would be interesting and enlightening to read his words on his attitude and thoughts etc.
Anything that can motivate people of any age to improve their well being would be good to pass along.
As always, thanks for your input and insight.
Take care Dean.
