I'm a slower speed, low rev stroker. Would it be a good choice?

Mark, consider posting a video of yourself bowling on the Certified Coach forum.

I know you asked 1 question, at a minimum, the quality of the answer depends on your "metrics", so to speak.

Slow is a relative term.
Also barring desire or physical constraints, you might be able to maximize your game.
