Would that be a penny wise and pound foolish philosophy?

As a fan, I was dismayed by the ball reg bit.
As a ball company, I'd want bang for my buck.

Does the PBA charge a flat rate?
e.g. Does Storm pay the same as a company with a smaller market share?
May all beings everywhere be happy and free,
and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life
contribute in some way to that happiness
and to that freedom for all.
