 Post subject: Increasing tilt with no thumb

Is it possible to increase the tilt of a bowler who does not use his thumb, when you are using your thumb you can do a performance fit to raise or lower the track but when you don't use your thumb can you modify, alter the grip to lower the track. In this case the track is very high just clipping the edge of the insert hole.
