4 balls were either scratched or bitten by the lane machine during league last Wed. All happened when the balls were struck in the pit at the back of the pin deck. The bowling alley was responsible for nothing and left 4 bowlers in misery.

I think the one at the top left corner can be fixed by drilling a hole and plugging. The other 3 are hard to get recovery.

So the bowling center didn't even offer to have them repaired (if possible)?

Well it's bad the house told you they wouldn't do anything for you.

But All 4 just appear to just need a full resurfacing, The scratches don't appear that deep.

WHOA! How deep are those ?
They would be doing something alright. Arming themselves, calling 911, cuz in about 10 secs. I'm coming behind that counter & it's not gonna end well for both of us!

That's absolute BS! I've never seen ball damage THAT extensive!

I've had several balls like that in the shop for complimentary repair. I file the long gouges until they are flush, scrape the file marks out, then resurface with CAB/120grit 6 sides, then up to factory.
