why track moved over thumb?
A friend bowls thumbless, he made a slight change (unsure what) and hes now tracking over the thumb hole or just between thumb /fingers. He cant get it back so its not tracking ove the thumb. What causes this and any solutions please. cheers.

Stop grabbing it. Yes thumbless bowlers can grab it at the bottom.
Keep the hand still in the swing and finish with the thumb upward.
